A reply should sound like the owner wrote it
The reason most businesses stop replying is that the honest options are a generic template or half an hour they do not have. Repperly learns from replies you have already written, so the third option — sounding like yourself, quickly — actually exists.
Asking should not depend on remembering
Every business intends to ask for reviews. Almost none do it consistently, because the moment to ask is the moment you are busiest. Anything that relies on someone remembering at the counter fails on exactly the days that matter.
Bad reviews go to a person first
A canned response to a genuinely upset customer makes it worse, and everyone reading afterwards can tell. So one and two star reviews alert you first, with a calm, careful draft. But silence is worse than a careful reply, so if you have not answered in the time you choose, Repperly posts it. No customer is left ignored.
No dark patterns to inflate a rating
