Watch your rating move, and see who you are up against
A star rating is a number that changes slowly and matters enormously. Repperly shows you which way yours is going, and how it compares to the businesses competing for the same customers.
How it works
Your rating over time
See review volume and average rating by month, so you can tell whether a slow month was a real dip or just fewer customers. Aggregation happens in the database rather than by loading every review, so the dashboard stays fast as your history grows.
Compare against the businesses nearby
Add the competitors you actually lose work to and track their review count and rating alongside yours. The useful number is usually not who has the higher rating, but who is gaining reviews faster.
A weekly summary you will actually read
One email a week: new reviews, replies sent, rating change, anything that needs you. Short enough to read on a phone between jobs.

Common questions
Where does competitor data come from?
Public Google Business Profile information. You add the competitors you care about; Repperly refreshes their public review count and rating.
How far back does history go?
Repperly imports your full review history on connection, so trends start from your first review rather than the day you signed up.
Can I export the data?
Review data is yours. Export is not in the dashboard yet, so ask and we will get it to you.
