Ask every customer for a review, without remembering to
Most businesses only ask for reviews when they remember, which is usually never. Repperly turns the ask into something that happens on its own, in a tone that sounds like a person rather than a receipt.
Hi Marcus — would you mind leaving us a quick review?
Just a nudge in case this got buried.
SMS
Day 6Last one from us — a review really helps the shop.
Stops the moment they leave a review
How it works
Import the customers you already have
Upload a CSV of past customers and Repperly starts the sequence for all of them at once. Most businesses are sitting on years of happy customers who were simply never asked, and that backlog is usually the fastest rating change you will ever see.
A sequence, not a single email
One message gets ignored. Repperly sends a short email, then a follow-up a few days later, then a text if you have a mobile number. The sequence stops the moment someone leaves a review or unsubscribes, so nobody gets nagged after they have already done the thing you asked for.
Written for your business, not a template
The copy is generated once per business and reused for every recipient, so it mentions what you actually do instead of saying "your recent experience". Each message is rendered with the customer first name, and you can edit any step before it sends.

Common questions
Does this violate Google review policy?
Asking customers for reviews is allowed. What is not allowed is offering payment or discounts in exchange, or asking only customers you expect to be happy. Repperly asks everyone the same way and never offers an incentive.
What if a customer does not want to hear from us?
Every email and text carries a one-tap unsubscribe. Once someone opts out they are excluded from all future sequences, permanently.
Do I need a phone number for every customer?
No. Email alone works fine. If a mobile number is present, Repperly adds an SMS step, which typically gets a faster response than email.
