Agreement
These terms cover your use of Repperly. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service
Repperly connects to your Google Business Profile to read reviews, draft and post replies, send review requests to customers you upload, and report on how your reputation is changing. Features change as the product develops.
Billing
- A card is required to create an account, and it is charged when you sign up. There is no free trial.
- The subscription is $199 per month for one business and its Google Business Profile.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- We do not refund partial months, but if something went genuinely wrong, write to us.
- If a payment fails we will email you and pause automatic replies rather than delete anything.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the customer contact data you upload and for having a lawful basis to message those people. You confirm that:
- the customers you upload actually did business with you, and you may contact them;
- you will not use Repperly to send messages to purchased or scraped lists;
- you will not offer payment, discounts or anything else of value in exchange for a review;
- you will not use Repperly to ask only customers you expect to be happy, which is review gating and breaches Google’s policies;
- content you publish through Repperly is content you stand behind.
Review platforms set their own rules and can remove reviews or suspend profiles. We build Repperly to work within Google’s policies, but we cannot guarantee outcomes on a platform we do not control.
AI-generated content
Reply drafts and request copy are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong. You are responsible for what gets published from your account, including anything posted automatically under settings you enabled. Review drafts before enabling auto-respond if accuracy in a given reply matters to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Repperly to harass anyone, to publish unlawful content, to impersonate another business, to attempt to gain access to other customers’ data, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep Repperly running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on Google, Anthropic, Resend, Twilio and Square, and an outage at any of those can affect what works.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Repperly is provided as is, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and we will explain why unless we are prevented from doing so.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Repperly afterwards means accepting the updated terms.
