Reply to every review in a voice that sounds like you
Generic replies are worse than no reply. Repperly reads the replies you have already written, learns how you actually talk, and drafts every new response in that voice.
Marcus R.
Called about a leak under the sink on a Sunday and Danny was out within the hour. Fixed it, showed me what went wrong.
Bell Plumbing
In your voiceAppreciate you calling us Marcus. Danny said that fitting was on its last legs, so good thing you caught it.
How it works
It learns from what you have already written
On connection, Repperly reads your existing review replies and uses them as the reference for tone, length, and the phrases you actually use. A business that writes two clipped sentences keeps writing two clipped sentences.
You decide what goes out on its own
Set a rule for each star rating. By default three to five star replies post automatically, during your business hours. A one or two star review alerts you straight away with a calm, careful draft. Answer it in your own words, or, if you have not replied within the time you choose (24 hours by default), Repperly posts the careful reply so no customer is left ignored. Or set low ratings to always wait for you.
Templates for the situations you want controlled
For cases you would rather not leave to a model, write a template and Repperly uses it: a standard line for five stars with no text, a specific approach for a three star review, a particular way you handle regulars.

Common questions
Will customers know a reply was AI-assisted?
The draft is based on your own writing, so it reads like your other replies. You can review every response before it posts if you prefer, and many businesses do for the first few weeks.
What happens to a bad review?
You hear about it straight away, with a calm draft ready. The reply never argues, makes excuses or admits fault, and invites the customer to call you. You can post it, rewrite it, or leave it: by default Repperly posts it after 24 hours if you have not, or you can set low reviews to always wait for you.
Can I edit a draft before it posts?
Yes. With auto-respond off, every reply waits for you. You can accept, edit, or write your own.
