Do you offer a free trial?
No. Repperly is $199 a month from the day you sign up, and your card is charged when you create the account. You can cancel any time from the billing page.
What happens when I cancel?
The next charge stops and automatic replies switch off. Your reviews stay on your Google Business Profile because they were always yours.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month and you can cancel from the billing page at any time.
Do you charge per review or per location?
No. $199 a month covers one business and its Google Business Profile, with no per-review or per-reply charge. Each additional location is $99 a month. Agencies managing several client profiles pay the same.
Will Repperly post to Google without me?
Only if you switch auto-respond on, and only the way you set it for each star rating. By default 3 to 5 star replies post during your business hours, and 1 and 2 star reviews alert you first, posting a careful reply after 24 hours only if you have not answered.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your reviews stay in your Google Business Profile, because they were always yours. Ask us and we will delete what Repperly holds.
